Join the Family Engagement in Special Education team for an informative “Special Education 101” session designed to support families.
Families will:
- learn how parent involvement positively impacts student outcomes,
- review family rights under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), and
- gain a clear understanding of the basics of an Individualized Education Program (IEP), including the initial eligibility process.
