Sailing Into High School – My Journey

Join us as we discuss the steps to take when a student receiving Special Education services moves on to high school. You will also be provided with a self-determination toolkit to help support students through their high school journey. This information is for families of students of all ages, but specifically directed to students ages 12 – 21.
