Allison Martin

Allison Martin, based in Johnson City, has been the First TN Regional Family Engagement Specialist since November 2023. With a background in elementary education and personal experience as a grandmother to children with disabilities, Allison is deeply committed to her role. She enjoys witnessing first hand the successes of families and students and values the learning opportunities each situation brings. Outside of work, Allison enjoys reading, quilting, and spending time with family. She wishes more people knew about the dedication and passion of FESPED and The Arc in advocating for students with disabilities and fostering partnerships between educators and families.
